Job Title: Assembly Operative

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Location: Bolton

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our clients busy Assembly Department. This role involves working across multiple production areas, assembling high-quality products as part of a team.

You will be trained to work across four key sections, giving you variety in your day-to-day tasks and opportunities to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products as part of a production line or at workstations
• Use compressed air hand tools safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively within small teams
• Prepare, assemble, and pack components to required standards
• Operate machinery (full training provided), including:
  • Shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and cardboard machines
  • Router, dowler, press, and strapping equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

The Candidate:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
