As a Hygiene Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional hygiene, housekeeping, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards across our factory. Working closely with both the Hygiene and Manufacturing teams, you will help ensure a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.

Minimum 1 year of experience is needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene across site

• Supporting production teams to promote a safe and clean working environment

• Ensuring waste areas are maintained and correct waste streams are followed

• Escalating any hygiene or safety concerns to the Hygiene Technician

• Carrying out deep-cleaning activities, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals

• Stripping down and rebuilding equipment as part of scheduled cleaning

• Supporting and improving Health & Safety procedures

• Contributing to the site Continuous Improvement programme

This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Shift Pattern

• Friday to Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00

• Monday: 06:00 – 14:00

Flexibility is required to accommodate production downtime and operational needs.
