Hours:
09:00am – 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange collections and deliveries – Organize transportation of goods from origin to destination
• Process invoices and payments – Handle billing and ensure timely payments
• Resolve discrepancies and delays – Investigate and address issues during the import process
• Provide customer service – Update clients on shipment status, respond to inquiries, and prepare quotations as needed
• Operate customs systems – Use ASM / Sequoia systems effectively
• Prepare customs entries – Ensure entries are accurate and comply with regulations   

Candidate Requirements / Experience:

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
• Ability to prepare accurate Customs Entries
• Be able to communicate clearly , concisely and effectively
• Have a good working knowledge of ASM / Sequoia or other associated systems 
• Educated to GCSE level 4 and above in English and Maths
• Computer literate with experience of using a range of different programmes / software
