We are working with a leading organisation in Northampton to recruit an On‑Site Account Manager to join their established managed service operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can confidently manage client expectations, deliver high‑quality workforce solutions, and ensure strong performance across temporary staffing operations.

If you have experience within warehouse recruitment, high‑volume staffing, or an MSP environment – this role could be the perfect next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the on‑site managed service function, ensuring all contractual SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Owning and nurturing the day‑to‑day relationship with senior site leaders, providing workforce planning, forecasting and solution-focused support.
  • Overseeing all end‑to‑end recruitment activity including attraction, screening, right‑to‑work checks, and ethical selection of temporary workers.
  • Ensuring fulfilment of daily labour requirements while managing rotas, absence, retention, and on‑site workforce performance.
  • Maintaining compliance with all UK employment legislation, including AWR, Working Time Regulations, and health & safety.
  • Producing and presenting KPI reports and service reviews, driving continuous improvement across the contract.
  • Managing payroll accuracy, time & attendance, stock control and budgets to maximise service efficiency and revenue.
  • Acting as a professional on‑site representative for the business, supporting engagement initiatives and promoting the full service offering.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Managed service recruitment OR large‑scale volume recruitment through a branch network
  • Strong understanding of UK recruitment legislation
  • Experience managing a team or clear evidence you are ready for your first step into management (e.g., leading onsite operations, projects or teams)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong client‑facing customer service experience
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling large volumes of data
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident decision‑making with the ability to work independently and justify business‑led choices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Comfortable presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt around business needs
