Salary: £24,784 per year
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00 (shift pattern within these hours)

Overview

You will manage a caseload of customer appeals, reviewing each case in detail and making fair, informed decisions. This role suits someone who can assess information objectively and communicate outcomes clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of customer appeals from start to finish
• Review evidence, documentation, and case history
• Assess each appeal against company policy and guidelines
• Make clear, reasoned decisions on outcomes
• Communicate decisions to customers in a professional and clear way
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems
• Meet productivity and quality targets
• Work with internal teams where needed to gather further information

Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make decisions based on evidence
• Comfortable working with processes and guidelines
• Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks
• Experience in customer service, complaints, or case handling is useful but not required
