Our Client in Blackpool are a local service and repair centre of a national organisation and are looking for recruit a Support administrator to work in the team that are responsible of client support and equipment being received in.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a long term opportunity in a growing company.

THIS ROLE IS NOT HYBRID. You must be able to commence immediately and be available for interview.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or transfer calls

* Complete administration tasks to process repairs-Including inside and outside repairs

* Complete administration tasks to process customer quote requests and sales equipment

* Complete administration tasks to process customer invoice and credit requests

* Support sales and marketing functions and campaign

s * Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to manage requests, price lists, queries, outside repairs, stock and purchase orders

* Be proficient in raising, processing, receipting and managing purchase orders from customers and suppliers

* Be proficient in stock control, maintaining prices

* Complete tasks associated with end of day to support monthly management accounts

* Work towards and achieve departmental and company targets and KPI’s

* Ensure IT systems are kept up to date with accurate information

* Build relationships with Customers, Repair Technicians, Sales, Engineering, Key Account Managers, Finance, Service and Compliance Teams and DSO contacts

Skills Required

Excellent telephone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent administrative skills with proven work experience

. * Excellent organisation, co-ordination, time management and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.

* Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities. * Ability to manage high volume workload but remain focused * Accuracy and attention to detail * In depth understanding of office, daily operations, service levels and KPI’s

* IT literate to an excellent standard-Knowledge of MS Excel

, Outlook, MS teams, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics

* Ability to deliver sales through a consultative and technical approach

* Proven self-starter with ability to structure own day, work independently and as part of a team
