Cleaner

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of commercial, residential, or industrial premises
• Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, floors, carpets, and upholstery
• Remove limescale, grease, mould, and other build-up from surfaces
• Conduct high-level dusting (ceilings, vents, light fixtures, etc.)
• Use specialist cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
• Carry out steam cleaning, carpet extraction, and floor polishing where required
• Dispose of waste appropriately in line with regulations
• Follow strict health & safety and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines
• Report maintenance issues or damage identified during cleaning
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in deep cleaning or professional cleaning (preferred)
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery (e.g. buffers, steam cleaners)
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Good time management and ability to work independently
• Physically fit and capable of manual work (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)

Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

£12.71 per hour
