Cleaners & Cleaning Supervsior

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Cleaners and a Cleaning Supervisor to work at a distribution centre based in Worcester, WR4

Cleaner:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming warehouse floors.
• Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, canteens, and break areas.
• Cleaning toilets, washrooms, and locker rooms.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Collecting and separating recyclable materials.
• Cleaning windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Sanitising workstations, handrails, and equipment.
• Restocking consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
• Cleaning spillages promptly and safely.
• Operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffing machines.
• Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday 6am-2pm
• £12.71 per hour

• Cleaning Supervisor
• Team Supervision:

• • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3 other cleaning staff.
  • Allocate daily cleaning tasks and monitor performance.
  • Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety requirements.
  • Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing support.
  • Manage staff attendance, rotas, holidays, and sickness.

  Cleaning Operations

  • Ensure all warehouse, office, canteen, washroom, and locker room areas are cleaned to required standards.
  • Carry out regular inspections and quality checks.
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are completed on time.
  • Respond to urgent cleaning requirements, spillages, and incidents.
  • Operate cleaning machinery when required.

  Working Monday – Friday 2pm-10pm

  £13.71 per hour

  Temporary to Permanent
