Commercial Administrator

We are looking for a candidate to carry out temporary work to join the busy commercial department of a civil engineering company for a minimum of 4 weeks+.

Hours of work – 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Location – North Preston

Accessible by public transport however due to this role being on an industrial area a car driver would be preferred

Responsibilities/Daily Duties

• Inputting data for job costings
• Gathering data from information sheets completed for work carried out
• Updating client records
• Liasing with the operations teams to chase for updates and information needed for accounting purposes
• Excel
• Pricing of work from gathering data from procurement teams
• Support administration for the senior commercial team

What are we looking for

• Excellent – fast and accurate data input skills
• Good excel skills – proven experience of using in the workplace on a daily basis
• Confident telephone manner
• Used to working in a fast paced environment
• Outlook and Word essential

What JDR offer:

• Rate of Pay £13.50 – £14.00 phr

• Weekly payroll
• Holidays 20 days plus bank holidays
