Credit Controller – Leeds

£14.42 per hour, circa £30,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Ongoing temporary assignment

We are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to work on site in Leeds, LS12 area. This is a role for someone who is a proactive individual who is confident chasing debt, building rapport with customers and resolving invoicing queries.

This role is based on site at the LS12 head office, free parking is available on site.

What we’re looking for –

• Previous experience in a credit control position
• Good understanding of financial processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Strong IT skills including Excel

What you’ll be doing –

• Managing several ledgers to ensure cash collection is achieved
• Chasing debt through various means including telephone and email
• Daily cash allocations across the ledgers
• Resolving invoicing queries and disputes
• Working closely with the broader finance team

This is an ongoing temporary assignment with weekly pay, there is potential for the role to go permanent depending on the business needs.
