We are looking for a Residential Telesales Advisor to join a supportive, growing contact centre team. You will speak to residential customers, understand their needs, and help them choose the right broadband and connectivity package.
This role suits someone who enjoys building rapport, solving problems, and working towards clear goals with strong team support.
You will:
Speak with customers on inbound and outbound calls
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages
Build long-term customer relationships
Use Salesforce to manage your pipeline
Handle queries and objections professionally
Work towards individual and team targets
Keep accurate customer records
Follow compliance and data protection standards
You will have:
Experience in telesales, customer service, or contact centres
Confidence speaking to customers on the phone
Good listening and communication skills
A positive, reliable attitude
Willingness to learn and develop
Good organisation and time management
Sales experience is useful but not essential. Full training is provided.
Ideally, you will also have:
Experience in telecoms, utilities, or subscriptions
Experience working with commission structures
Experience using CRM systems
