The role sits within a busy organisation where accurate data entry and record‑keeping are vital to daily operations. You’ll be supporting different teams with system updates and administrative tasks, so attention to detail and confidence using office systems are essential.

Role Details

• Location: Stockport
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent opportunity after a minimum of 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry into internal systems and databases
• Updating, checking, and maintaining records and files
• Monitoring information for errors or inconsistencies and correcting where required
• Handling emails and routine correspondence
• Supporting teams with spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
• Filing and general office administration support

What We’re Looking For

• Previous administration or data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Confident navigating internal systems and databases
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Reliable, consistent approach to work
