Depot Team Leader – Nuneaton

Sunday – Thursday: 10pm-6:30am

Permanent contract

£31,250 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Depot Team Leader position for a well established distribution client in Nuneaton. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse/depot team leader to join the business and it goes through a period of growth.

What you’ll be doing –

• Manage the warehouse team to ensure customer expectations are met
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or collection
• Allocate work effectively across the team
• Manage, review and archiving of pick lists
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment at all times
• Performing inventory controls

What we’re looking for –

• Previous experience in a depot/warehouse team leader position
• Understanding of modern warehousing & logistics practises and methods
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• People management skills, sickness, leave etc
• Ability to support in the warehouse and heavy lifting
