JDR is delighted to support our client in Cupar with the recruitment of a Dispatch Operative. This Monday-Friday role offers variety and a supportive team environment.

What you’ll be doing:
* Packing products ready for dispatch
* Preparing goods for shipment
* Storing finished goods in the correct locations
* Assisting the production team when needed

Person Specification:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Comfortable with manual handling and practical, hands‑on tasks
* Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
* A positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the operation
* Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing, or production is beneficial but not essential
