FLT Counterbalance Driver

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for an FLT counterbalance driver on behalf of our client in Middlewich CW10

Location: Middlewich (CW10)

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for an FLT counterbalance driver to join a busy warehouse operation in the Middlewich area. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, supporting the movement and handling of stock across the site.

Duties will include:

• Operating an B1 Counterbalance truck to move stock throughout the warehouse,
• Transporting pallets safely and efficiently.
• You will also be responsible for order picking and packing goods ready for dispatch
• The role will involve manual handling, including handballing stock and wrapping pallets.
• You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure operational targets are met.

Experience / Skills Required:

• Valid, in-date B1 FLT licence is essential (We can accept in-house licenses)
• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 25kg
• A minimum of 1 years of experience within a comparable role is required for this role
