French and Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

£12.71 per hour | Fully Remote | Monday to Friday | Temporary to Permanent

Fluency in BOTH French and Dutch is essential for this role. Applicants must be confident communicating in both languages, alongside English.

We’re recruiting for a French and Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a multilingual customer service team in a fully remote position.

You’ll handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and provide helpful, accurate information across all three languages. This role would suit someone with good communication skills who enjoys helping people and can work independently from home.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer enquiries in French, Dutch and English.

• Providing clear, accurate and professional responses to customer queries.

• Investigating and resolving customer issues.

• Updating customer records and internal systems.

• Following company procedures and service standards.

• Working effectively as part of a remote customer service team.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in both French and Dutch.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• A professional, patient and customer-focused approach.

• The ability to manage your workload independently.

Homeworking Requirements

This is a fully remote role, and equipment will be provided. You will need:

• Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• The ability to connect your work computer directly to your router using an Ethernet cable.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace.

• To complete an internet speed test as part of the recruitment process.

Pay, Hours and Contract

• Pay: £12.71 per hour

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

• Location: Fully remote

• Contract: Temporary to permanent

• Equipment: Provided

Occasional overtime or weekend support may be required.
