General Operative – Mixing Room

Location: Crossmaglen
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7am-7pm each day

Looking for a hands-on role in bakery production?

JDR Recruitment is recruiting a General Operative – Mixing Room to support the production of gluten-free bakery products in Crossmaglen.

Working alongside the mixing team, you’ll help prepare ingredients, keep the work area organised and support the smooth running of daily production.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and materials for mixing.

• Assisting with weighing ingredients and following production instructions.

• Supporting the Key Operative with mixing room activities.

• Moving ingredients and materials using safe handling procedures.

• Cleaning equipment and maintaining a tidy, hygienic work area.

• Following food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures.

• Reporting any quality concerns or equipment issues promptly.

• Working with colleagues to meet daily production requirements.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual and works well as part of a team.

• Can follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail.

• Is comfortable carrying out practical tasks in a busy production environment.

• Takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and product quality.

• Is available to work the advertised shifts.

Previous food production or manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
