Pay: £12.71 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Shift: Days – 7:30am to 3:30pm
Working Pattern: 7-day operation (weekend working required)
Environment: Temperature Controlled Warehouse (-22°C)

JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting for Handballers / Warehouse Operatives to join our client based in Heywood.

This is a physically demanding role within a temperature-controlled warehouse operating at -22°C. Full insulated PPE is provided, allowing you to work safely and comfortably in the freezer environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for regular ongoing work. The operation runs seven days a week, with shifts confirmed on a weekly basis.

Duties Include

• Handballing stock

• General warehouse labouring

• Mixed pack duties

• Delayering pallets

• Loading and unloading goods

• Adhering to health and safety procedures

• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable carrying out heavy lifting throughout the shift

• Happy to work in a freezer environment (-22°C) – full insulated PPE is provided

• Reliable, hardworking and punctual

• Flexible to work weekends as required

• Previous warehouse, labouring or handballing experience is advantageous but not essential

Induction & Immediate Starts

Successful candidates will be required to attend an induction this Friday at 11:30am, with immediate starts available thereafter.
