HGV Class 2 Grab Driver

We are looking for HGV Class 2 Grab Drivers

Days £17ph – £18.05ph (higher rate including holiday pay)

Overtime up to £25.05ph on a Saturday

Location: Cardiff CF3

Immediate start

Shift: 0500-0600 starts, average 11hr days

Ongoing contract with temp to perm opportunities

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for HGV Class 2 Grab Drivers to join our clients team based in Cardiff.

The role:

As a Grab Driver, you’ll be responsible for operating a HGV grab lorry to carry out collections and deliveries, ensuring safe loading/unloading, and providing an excellent service on site.

Your key responsibilities will be:-

• Driving and operating a HGV grab lorry in line with safety standards
• Carrying out site collections and deliveries around Cardiff and surrounding areas
• Ensuring vehicle checks are completed daily
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach

About you:

As an HGV Class 2 Grab Driver you will have the following skills and experience:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence (held for a min 2yrs)
• HIAB/Grab ticket (Clamshell ticket required)
• Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
• Previous grab driving experience preferred
• Strong focus on safety and customer service
