HYGIENE OPERATOR TEAM LEADER FRIDAY – SUNDAY 6 – 1800 Monday 6 – 1400hrs – 44 hours less breaks

MUST HAVE:

  • Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role within food manufacturing or a similar environment

Previous experience in FCMG, GMP

HYGIENE/OPERATIVE experience

You must have a good understanding of English to communicate and follow instructions

Applicants must have full right to work in the UK (working Visas cannot be considered)

Hygiene Technician to take a key role in maintaining food safety, supporting production efficiency, & leading a team of Hygiene Operators on shift. This is more than cleaning – it’s about protecting our people, products, plant and reputation.

What’s the role about?

  • Oversee hygiene performance on shift, directing and encouraging Hygiene Operators to deliver high standards
  • Plan and delegate tasks, ensuring smooth handovers and clear communication
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety & quality standards Perform high standards of cleaning to support equipment care and cleaning to maintain operational efficiency and product safety & quality
  • Support our environmental goals by actively contributing to recycling and waste management programmesSupport our goal of world-class hygiene through teamwork and innovation

How will you stand out?

  • Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role within food manufacturing or a similar environment
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain hygiene standards
  • Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and GMP
  • Able to contribute both alone and alongside others in a team setting

  • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability work collaboratively with the Team and key Stakeholders.
