JDR are hiring on behalf of one of their clients in the Northwich area,
Job Title: Internal sales administrator
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 DOE
Location: Northwich CW8
Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday. 8am to 5pm.
Working type: Hybrid, 2 days working from home.
Contract: Permanent position.

As an internal sales admin, your duties will be as follows:
– Reponding the inbound quieries about shipping, quotes and stock availability.
– Processing sales and purchasing orders, being careful to follow company procedure
– Liase with (Majorly UK based) customers to ensure effective communication throughout the sales process
– Provide administrative support to colleagues and sales managers.
– Other ad-hoc duties
We’re looking for someone:
– Who has proven experience within an administration role, preferably within a sales support function
– With strong analytical skills and a dependable working style
– Who’s organised and knows how to prioritise their own workload effectively
– Who is confident working independently but also can function within a team
– Who’s confident working in a pressurised and busy environment
– With experience working with shipping documentation and export regulations (preferred)
