  • Full-time permanent position
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise legal documents, correspondence, and case files with precision and attention to detail
  • Assist in preparing contracts, reports, and legal summaries to support ongoing cases and projects
  • Liaising with clients by telephone and in person, delivering a professional, compassionate and empathetic service
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly handled
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from internal teams and external clients
  • Supporting the team by maintaining accurate medical records of legal activities, deadlines, and communications to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Support the legal team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document review
  • Facilitate communication between legal professionals, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows

Experience:

  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret legal documents and identify key information accurately
  • Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organisational capabilities
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour and clear communication abilities
  • Solid organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information and documentation
  • Familiarity with legal terminology or experience working within a legal setting is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise tasks effectively, and work collaboratively within a team
