An opportunity has arose with a large commercial buildings company that are looking for a permanent Maintenance Technician to join their team on a backshift.

Duties Include –

*Ensuring correct office temperatures are maintained on a BMS heating and cooling system, which inlcudes preventative maintenance.

*Checking filters and Airflow

*General building maintenance (Doors, locks, lights, ceiling tiles, water leaks, toilets etc)

*General plumbing and electrical maintenance

*Painting work

An ideal candidate would have experience in working within an office building with separate units. Heating and boiler knowledge is essential. Joinery skills and electrical experience is a strong advantage

Hours of work are Monday – Friday 13:15pm – 21:15pm
