Part-Time Cleaner

Purpose of the Role

To maintain a clean, safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors. The cleaner is responsible for ensuring all areas of the store are cleaned to a high standard and comply with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all customer and staff areas, including reception, retail floor, consulting rooms, staff facilities, and toilets.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors as required.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, fixtures, fittings, and display units.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Clean internal glass, mirrors, windows, and doors.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and hygiene products when needed.
• Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to management.
• Follow company cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly.
• Adhere to policies on health, safety, and hygiene.

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare retail environment.

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour
