Part-Time Warehouse Operative

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Check incoming goods against delivery notes and report any discrepancies.
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Load vehicles in accordance with company procedures.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Label, wrap and palletise goods for shipment.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Report damaged stock, equipment defects or safety concerns promptly.
• Support colleagues and other departments as required.

Skills and Experience

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Working Monday – Friday – 20 hours a week.

The company are flexible regarding working hours – you can work any times between 6am and 6pm Monday – Friday

£12.71 per hour
