The Role

As a Prepress Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing customer ideas to life, ensuring every file is perfectly prepared for production. From artwork checks to technical support, you’ll be at the heart of the print process, working closely with both customers and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and checking artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)

• Setting up files to meet print-ready specifications and quality standards

• Outputting files to PDF/PostScript across Mac & PC platforms

• Supporting Sales Teams and customers with technical queries and artwork guidance

• Managing multiple jobs in a fast-paced production workflow

• Maintaining accurate records and following internal systems/processes

• Ensuring every project meets high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year’s experience in graphic design or artwork production

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

• Confident communication, both written and verbal

• Ability to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in a prepress or print environment (especially digital print)

• A qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
