• Friday 7.00am – 2.30pm

JDR Recruitment are partnering with a leading manufacturer in Kirkby-in-Ashfield to recruit experienced Production Operatives to join their team. These roles are temporary‑to‑permanent opportunities, offering a permanent contract after successful completion of training (based on performance, attendance, and conduct).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and equipment in line with production requirements
• Handling and mixing raw materials according to strict safety protocols
• Monitoring production processes and recording data
• Performing quality checks and reporting any issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Running the line/covering supervisor as and when needed

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year production experience
• Previous experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment – some heavy lifting will be required of up to 25kg

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 7.00am – 3.30pm, Friday 7.00am – 2.30pm

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
