Location: York, YO26 (Conveniently located between Harrogate, York, Wetherby & Leeds)
Pay: £12.21 per hour + overtime payable after 40 hours
Contract: Full time, temporary on-going contact with opportunities to go permanent

Do you enjoy working outdoors, collaborating with others, and taking on physically active tasks? We’re looking for committed Production Operatives / Outdoor Workers to join our growing team!

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Heavy lifting and manual handling of materials in all weather conditions
• Working collaboratively to move and distribute horticultural products
• Picking, planting, digging, and removing heavy trees
• Loading and unloading horticultural goods
• Operating on a production line to maintain top-quality standards for our suppliers

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience with heavy lifting and outdoor work
• A strong team player with a good work ethic
• Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
