Receptionist - Temporary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist/Front of house for our client based on the outskirts of Blackburn to cover for adhoc dates over the summer period. (Note you must be able to work on occasional weekends)

You must have experience of front facing Customer Service ideally gained from an Office Environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
• Manage clients coming into the building and advising departments of their arrival
• Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff
• Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment
• Process basic administrative tasks (data entry)

About You

• Friendly, confident, and well-presented
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and telephone systems
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
• Previous reception or customer-facing experience is desirable (but not essential)

The hours of work are between 8 – 6 with shorter hours over the weekend !
