Job Title: Sales Admin
Location: Monmouth
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Holidays: 23 days plus Bank Holidays

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our client’s Sales Office / Warehouse team in Monmouth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability and the chance to join a growing business permanently.

The Role

• Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
• Generating new business and supporting sales targets
• Preparing quotations and following through to completion
• Assisting customers at the sales counter
• Supporting new product launches and promotions
• Picking, packing and processing customer orders
• Receiving and storing stock correctly
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Following company security and health & safety procedures

About You

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised and reliable with a proactive attitude
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales, admin or warehouse experience preferred
