JDR Belfast are working with a growing, internationally focused manufacturing business to recruit a Sales Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career to join a well-established brand and develop within a structured, supportive commercial environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships across a mix of existing accounts and new business opportunities, working towards defined sales targets.

The role offers exposure to international markets and the opportunity to be involved in product launches and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Supporting pricing, promotions, and product launches
  • Presenting products and solutions to customers
  • Maintaining CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline activity
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Attending meetings, events, and customer visits as required

Criteria

Essential:

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence
  • Willingness to travel
