JDR is delighted to be working on behalf of our Dundee-based client to recruit a Sales & Marketing Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you’ll play a key role supporting both sales operations and marketing activity.

This position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, making it ideal for someone looking to secure a long-term role while showcasing their skills from day one.

The Role

This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys balancing customer service, administration, and creative marketing tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Delivering a high standard of customer service via phone and email
Creating and managing engaging social media content to promote the company’s product range
Ensuring all marketing activity aligns with established brand guidelines
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from candidates who bring:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience creating and managing social media content
Confidence working across multiple IT systems
A proactive and organised approach to work
