Sales Order Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a confident Sales Administration Coordinator to work for our client that are a manufacturer and distribution company on the outskirts of Blackburn.

This role in working in a busy sales department that are responsible for taking customer orders and upselling of products through to distribution of the client orders via couriers.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls via the sales line

• Using the SAP system to create orders and update client records

• Complete orders and providing pricing information

• Completing quotations and sending via email ensuring that all records are updating

• Dispatch documentation

• Liaising with the technical department, stock dispatch team and warehouse

• Inputting onto spreadsheets and records

• Liaising with the accounts department for credit checks and client spend information

• Sending out information packs to customers as required

About you :

• Previous experience of working in a sales department

• Confident telephone manner

• Fast and accurate keyboard skills

• Strong team player

• The company attend various exhibitions throughout the year – there could be an opportunity to get involved with attending as you progress in the role

• You will be liaising with the external sales teams regarding clients and updating with them on status of orders

• Excellent computer skills including experience of working on SAP or similar packages, excel and word

• Salary 28k per annum

• Hours of work 37.5

• This role is based on the outskirts of Blackburn on an industrial area – car driver is essential

• Hours of work – 37.5

• 23 days plus bank holidays
