JDR are supporting with the recruitment of a Senior Family Solicitor to join a well-established legal firm in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Family Solicitor to join a busy organisation, with long term opportunities to move into the management team.

This is a hybrid role, mainly office based but with the opportunity to work 1-2 days from home.

What you’ll be doing –

• Working closely alongside the head of department
• Managing cases in a busy department, covering private family law, financial remedy, divorce, and cohabitation
• Overseeing the two junior family solicitors in the busy practice
• Be confident handling caseloads with minimal supervision
• Support with the development of the department

What we’re looking for –

• 8+ years experience PQE within family law
• Ability to pick up existing caseload with minimal experience
• Enthusiastic and hardworking individual
• A confident leader with plans to develop into management
