Vehicle Technician

Job Title: Mechanic
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and fluid checks in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Performing complex repairs such as engine work, transmission repairs, and brake system servicing
• Conducting detailed vehicle inspections and identifying potential issues
• Completing all service and repair documentation accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards
• Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Keeping up to date with the latest automotive technology and attending training as required
• Delivering excellent customer service by clearly explaining findings and repair recommendations
