Warehouse Cleaner

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse floors and walkways.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubber dryers and sweepers (training provided).
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of canteens, toilets, locker rooms, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Clean loading bays, dispatch areas, and warehouse racking where required.
• Replenish consumables including soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report hazards, spillages, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to management.
• Support deep-cleaning activities during quieter operational periods.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored and used safely in line with COSHH regulations.

Skills and Experience

• Previous cleaning or industrial cleaning experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety.

Shifts Available:

1. 10:00pm – 6:00am Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday – 24 hours per week
2. 10:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday – 20 hours per week
3. 8:00am – 12:00pm Monday – Friday – 20 hours per week
4. 8:00am – 12:00am Monday – Friday – 20 hours per week

Pay Rates:

Days – £12.71 per hour

Nights – £13.71 per hour
