The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the warehouse running efficiently. From receiving stock to picking customer orders and loading delivery vehicles, you’ll help ensure products move safely and accurately through every stage of the operation.

Working in a supportive team environment, you’ll receive full training and ongoing development, making this an excellent opportunity whether you already have warehouse experience or are looking to develop your career within logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders

• Receive, check, and organise incoming stock

• Move, sort, and categorise products throughout the warehouse

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

• Prepare goods for dispatch

Stock Management

• Handle products weighing up to 18kg

• Ensure stock is stored correctly and accurately

• Assist with stock rotation and inventory control

• Maintain accuracy when processing orders and stock movements

Health & Safety

• Follow all warehouse health & safety procedures

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Use manual handling techniques correctly

• Report any hazards or damaged stock promptly

Teamwork & Performance

• Work collaboratively to achieve daily warehouse targets

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors

• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

• Deliver consistently high standards across all warehouse activities

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

✔ Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

✔ Ability to quickly learn new tasks and follow warehouse processes

✔ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to getting things right first time

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✔ Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 18kg

✔ Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Commitment to following health & safety procedures at all times
