JDR Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Kinross. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent position with a well-established business.

Due to the location of the site and limited public transport links, candidates must have their own transport.

Working Hours

• Shift lengths will vary between 8 and 12 hours depending on workload requirements.
• Overtime paid after 8 hours worked per shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse/yard environment.
• Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties as required.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Supporting production and operational activities to meet business demands.

Requirements

• Own transport is essential.
• Previous experience within a yard, warehouse, production, or similar operational environment.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, hardworking and flexible approach to varying shift lengths.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices.
