We are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a well established distribution client in Bradford, this is a great opportunity for an experience Team Leader to work with an award winning organisation. This is a temporary to permanent role with weekly pay at first before transferring to a permanent contract.

What you’ll be doing –

• Lead a team of operatives across a several business areas from goods in to dispatch
• Take overview of the work area, ensuring standards are met at all times
• Be the point of contact on a daily basis for any warehouse related issues
• Managing staff resources including sickness and holiday covers
• Management of permanent and agency staff
• Ensure daily and weekly targets are achieved, motivating your team and providing support

What we’re looking for –

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor position
• Any FLT licences are desirable but not an essential for the role
• Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong people manager

Hours of work –

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• Flexibility between 6am-6pm is required depending on business needs
