JDR Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established industrial and recycling business based in Neath Abbey Wharf. We are recruiting for a Yard Labourer to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and is willing to learn new skills.

The Role

As a Yard Labourer, your duties will include:

  • Operating on a picking line

  • General site housekeeping and yard cleaning

  • Assisting with yard operations

  • Operating a mini digger (full training provided)

  • Supporting the wider team with daily site tasks

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

  • Willingness to learn new skills and job roles

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Good team player

  • Own transport is essential due to location (Neath Abbey Wharf)

Previous yard, labouring, recycling, or production experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

What’s On Offer

  • Full-time, stable Monday-Friday hours

  • 7am-5pm (no weekends)

  • Training provided including plant operation

  • Immediate start available
