Role: Administration

Contract: Temporary (on-going)

Pay: £12.21/ph, weekly pay

Hours: 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday (initial training for 2 weeks you work 5am to 2pm)

JDR are currently working with a national logistics company who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator for their Swansea site who will to resolve customer queries through effective communication to meet deadlines.

Duties:

• Investigating and solving customer queries within a timely manner – both over the phone and through email
• Processing, releasing and monitoring customer orders across various systems
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Who this would suit:

• Customer service experience is essential, within a Supply Chain or Logistics background would be advantageous
• Great communication skills – both written and verbal
• Excellent IT skills – experience of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience is desirable)
