Baler Operative – Leeds

£13.46 per hour, paid weekly

Monday to Friday, rotational shift patterns

We are recruiting for a Baler Operative to join our manufacturing client in Leeds. This is a temporary to permanent role so it’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fantastic company.

This is a full time working rotational shifts Monday to Friday, successful candidates must be flexible for different hours.

What you’ll be doing –

  • Empty pins within the production area
  • Compact scraps and make them into bales
  • Maintain and safe and clean working environment
  • Ensure the correct use of PPE at all times
  • Complete a weekly cleaning schedule

What we’re looking for –

  • Previous experience within a similar Baler or Operative role
  • Able to manage your own workload as well as working as a team
  • Confident following warehouse safety and PPE rules
  • Hardworking and reliable individual

Hours of work –

Monday to Friday, 3 week rotational shift pattern

  • Week 1: 6am-2pm
  • Week 2: 2pm-10pm
  • Week 3: 10pm-6am
