Job Title: Customer Sales Consultant

Salary: £25,500 (£28,000 OTE)

Location: Baghsot, Surrey

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (including weekdays and weekends)
Flexible shifts between 8:00am – 8:00pm, including some evenings

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via telephone and live chat

• Build strong, professional relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach

• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening

• Provide tailored solutions with empathy and confidence

• Proactively close sales opportunities and achieve individual and team targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service

Key Skills / Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (contact centre experience desirable)

• Confident communicator, particularly over the phone and via live chat

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs

• Resilient with the ability to handle objections professionally

• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate empathy

• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
