Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: Up to £26,000 (DOE)

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester

Hours: 09:00am – 17:00pn (Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced and dynamic team within one of our Salford based clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong customer service experience to play a key role in delivering high-quality support to a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process incoming customer orders, enquiries, and product requests
• Source new products and provide accurate information to customers
• Handle delivery discrepancies, returns, and credit requests efficiently
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support satisfaction and retention
• Work proactively with internal teams including Procurement, Finance, and Operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems
• Support account management activities to drive revenue and service excellence

Key Skills / Experience:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
• Experience operating within a customer service (office) environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
