Patient Service Advisor
Location: Middlewich (CW10)
Pay: £12.71 per hour – paid weekly (every Friday)
Contract: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, working in close partnership with the NHS to deliver high-quality patient care.

As a Patient Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering an exceptional service through both inbound and outbound calls. You will support patients with bookings, answer queries, and provide guidance with professionalism, empathy, and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls to support patients with appointments, follow-up care, and general enquiries
  • Provide clear, accurate information about services and ensure a positive patient experience
  • Resolve queries and concerns promptly, offering effective solutions
  • Encourage patient attendance and engagement with appointments
  • Accurately record all interactions and follow up where required
  • Work towards performance targets while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Maintain a professional, compassionate, and approachable manner at all times
  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards in line with national healthcare guidelines

What We’re Looking For

We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including: customer service, contact centres, healthcare, retail, hospitality, sales, telecoms, and aviation.

Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, on a rota between 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • Occasional Saturdays (8:00am – 1:00pm)
  • Rotational shift pattern (5 days per week)
