Customer Service Advisor – Middlewich

£12.71 per hour, weekly pay

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading provider in diagnostic and healthcare screenings in Middlewich. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous customer service experience who are looking for a role where you can really make a difference to customers.

What you’ll be doing-

• Handle inbound calls to support patients with appointments, follow-up care, and general enquiries
• Provide clear, accurate information about services and ensure a positive patient experience
• Resolve queries and concerns promptly, offering effective solutions
• Work towards performance targets while maintaining a high standard of service
• Updating customer records accurately

What we’re looking for –

• Previous experience in a customer service role, this could be from a variety of backgrounds including contact centre, retail, hospitality, care etc.
• Computer literate across various platforms
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Confident handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism

Hours of work –

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, on a rota between 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Occasional Saturdays (8:00am – 1:00pm)
• Rotational shift pattern (5 days per week)
