We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to support a busy utilities team based in Warrington. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for helping customers and delivering excellent service.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be handling inbound customer queries relating to utilities services. You’ll be providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Key Details

• Start Dates:
  • Week commencing 29th June 2026
  • Week commencing 6th July 2026
• Contract Length: 8 weeks ongoing (with potential extension)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Location: Fully office-based in Warrington (WA5)
• Pay Rate: £13.07 per hour

Job Duties:

• Handle customer queries related to utilities services
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy
• Ensure all records and systems are updated accurately

About You:

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using systems and handling customer queries

Experience required:

• Previous contact centre experience is preferred but candidates from retail or hospitality backgrounds will also be considered

Important Requirement

• You must be able to pass a basic DBS check
