Customer Service Advisor

£12.80 per hour + bonus opportunities

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role on behalf of a global outsourcing client in Ringwood. You’ll be for a well known brand acting as the first point of contact for a range of customer queries. This is a temporary to permanent role so it’s a great chance to get your foot in the door with a global company.

This is an on site role with potential to move to hybrid once you’re fully trained in the role.

What you’ll be doing –

• Responding to customer queries over the telephone and via email
• Providing an excellent level of service to all customers
• Show empathy and understanding to customers
• Process customer orders and update records accurately
• Discuss ad-ons and potentials to up sell where suitable

What we’re looking for –

• Previous experience within a customer service role
• Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Computer literate and confident using various IT systems
• Excellent communication skills

Hours of work –

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 7pm (rotating shift patterns)
• Saturdays: 8:30am – 5pm
• You’ll be provided your rota in advance and a day off in lieu if scheduled to work a Saturday
