We’re supporting a long‑established Swansea manufacturer who are looking for a driven, hands‑on Factory Manager to take ownership of multiple production teams and keep the factory running at peak performance.

The Role

• Lead and motivate teams across fabrication, assembly, carpentry, paint & maintenance
• Stay visible on the shop floor, improving workflow and productivity
• Manage supervisors and ensure accountability across all departments
• Plan and adjust production schedules in a fast‑moving environment
• Own quality control, inspections, and continuous improvement
• Be the lead authority for health & safety-ensuring safe, compliant operations
• Reduce rework, resolve production issues, and deliver on time, every time

What You’ll Need

• Experience in production or manufacturing management
• Background in manufacturing or construction‑linked production
• Strong leadership skills and a practical, hands‑on approach
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple teams
• NEBOSH/IOSH (desirable)
