JDR are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in Cupar, who are looking to add an Operative to to their growing Finishing team.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering an hourly rate of £12.71, with long-term prospects for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal components
* Using hand tools, grinders, and other equipment to finish parts to specification
* Inspecting finished components for quality and accuracy
* Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar role or within a manufacturing/engineering environment
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and reliable approach to work

Shift & Pay:
* £12.71 per hour
* Temporary to permanent contract
* Full-time hours, day shift only.
